Tournesol Siteworks Acquires Greenscreen, the Leading provider of Green Facades and Living Screens

Tournesol Siteworks, a leading manufacturer of commercial-grade site furnishings and landscape solutions, announced today that it has acquired Greenscreen, a pioneer and innovator in designing and producing green facades and living screens.

Greenscreen, based in Fontana, CA, established in 1993, provides commercial-quality trellis systems. The company’s modular panels create vertical gardens, green facades, and other forms of biophilic design for various applications and environments.

Tournesol Siteworks, based in Union City, CA, has been serving the landscape and architecture industry since 1979. The company offers a comprehensive range of site furnishings and landscape solutions, including planters, pots, irrigation systems, benches, tables, trash receptacles, bike racks, and bollards.

The acquisition of Greenscreen will enable Tournesol Siteworks to expand its product portfolio and offer more integrated and innovative solutions for green infrastructure and urban greening. The two companies share a common vision of enhancing the built environment with sustainable and beautiful landscape elements.

The acquisition was completed on June 30, 2023. Greenscreen will continue to operate as a separate division within Tournesol Siteworks, retaining its brand name and identity. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
