The Mulvaney Medical Office Building is a 70,000 square foot class “A” medical office building located on the Saint Alphonsus Main campus in Boise, Idaho. Construction is complete and tenants are now open. The building is ready for more tenant improvements.

The building has been designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability which reduces operating expenses for the tenants. During design and construction elements such as local and regional materials, recycled content, energy and water efficiency, construction debris recycling and many others have been carefully monitored and maximized. It will be a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified project. Less than 29,000 square feet of Medical office space remains and is currently available.
