Held from June 16-18, 2020, the 2-day congress includes 1 day of sightseeing, and simultaneous translation of German / English lectures will be provided.

The World Congress of Building Greening 2020 is organized by the Bundesverband GebäudeGrün e.V. (BuGG) – the Federal Association of Green Buildings – in cooperation with the World Green Infrastructure Network (WGIN) and the European Federation of Green Roof Associations (EFB).
Last held in Berlin as the World Green Infrastructure Congress 2017/World Congress Building Green 2017, over 800 people from 44 countries and 50 exhibitors participated in the congress along with its accompanying trade exhibition.
Aramis and I were there (where I presented), and we were very impressed with the quality of the entire conference – its location, planning, execution, speakers and especially the organizers!

Call for Awards
The World Congress of Building Greening 2020 Call for Awards is now available. Apply for the “Building Greening Award 2020” (BuGG-Award 2020), given in three categories: roof greening, façade greening, and interior greening.
The prize recognizes special projects which stand out above all in the following criteria: architecture, building physics, biodiversity/species protection, quality of the environment, and rainwater management. Your submission is due by March 31, 2020.
